If your mark is in a language other than Malay or English, a translation is required and hence additional disbursements will be payable. In other circumstances, the quote includes all disbursements hence there are no other charges or hidden costs.
3. This package does not include overcoming objections. If your application is objected to, the cost of overcoming the each objection is separate and dependant on the complexity of the matter.
4. This package does not include REGISTRATION. Upon acceptance of your application, our charges for attending to the REGISTRATION of your trademark is RM900-00 inclusive of disbursements.
